Your data is processed by Orkelys, which publishes this website and the Orkelys training platform.
Data collected
Through the contact form: first name, last name, email, company, message, whether you want to receive our resources by email, and where your visit came from (UTM campaign parameters, referring site and landing page).
Why we use it
To answer your request and follow up on the conversation.
If you ticked the dedicated box, to send you Orkelys resources by email. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link included in every email.
To understand, in aggregate, which campaigns bring in requests.
Transfer to the training platform CRM
Contact requests are forwarded to the CRM of the Orkelys training platform so they are followed up in one place. It is the same data controller: your data is never sold or handed over to third parties.
Exchanges between the website and the platform are encrypted and authenticated.
Legal basis
Your consent, given in the form, for handling your request and, separately, for receiving resources by email.
Retention
Contact data is kept for no more than 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent by writing through the website contact form.
You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
